My AVA pressure washer has broken in less than 6 months. I cannot speak to anyone at AVA and their AI website doesn’t fix the issue. To compound the problem the retailer isn’t answering my emails. I am stuck with a machine that doesn’t work with no way of fixing it. The machine was good but the customer service is non existent. Appalling experience.
