"I’m really impressed with my new jet wash!"

I’m really impressed with my new jet wash both with the machine and the customer service received from AVA. When the machine was first delivered it had some minor marks in the box was damaged. I wrote to AVA customer service and within 48 hours I had a brand-new jet wash at my house. I have since put the jet wash together which is really easy and the machine is excellent. I’m really really pleased.

It does take a while sometimes for products to arrive but they were helpful and quick to respond when I had queries and so far the products seem good quality.
I may move to one of their washers in future rather than replace my Karcher K7 for another Like for like.

ordered a jetwash states been deliverd to get home to nothing arrived contacted customer service who said would look into via email as no contact and not had a resonse back with no outcome absolute joke quick enough to take money but delays replys when there are issues,

In actual use the washer is great. The 12m hose is so handy and the accessories work really well and are well made, over the whole machine is well made and sturdy.

Before ordering I wanted a master model but went for the easy model and I have no regrets what all. Blown away with how good it is

So unfortunate as it was the P40 GO is a good pressure washer up until a year, as of a week ago the pump sounded knackered and extremely noisy and I emailed back and forth with Ava just for them to say the warranty is voided due to commercial use, I’ve used this less than 30 times over a year, bought a new P50 but returning it now as there is no warranty for over 50 hours of use in a year.
