Now. I found this circular tree bench on another website. It was out of stock, had long delivery waiting, and with delivery charges was significantly more pricey. Having found it with FURCO in stock and competitively priced I wish I'd found it here first and saved me a lot of grief. Can't wait for it to arrive.
Ordered mid June. Delivery delayed. Twice. Latest offer September. Summer garden furniture as Autumn arrives!? Cancelled order at end of July. 14 days on now can't wait for my refund to arrive.

"Awful customer service"
I placed an order which I was contacted to say would be delayed. I completely understand delays due to Covid 19 , however we ordered due to the 4 week time frame stated on the website, and the delay would add another 4 weeks minimum. They tried to find us alternatives however we didn’t like any of them. We politely asked to cancel the order and was ignored via the what’s app chat (the message was read) and via emails. I rang to ask them to confirm that my order was cancelled and my £1100 would be returned. Their responses was “you will be acknowledged in 1-3 working days”. Now I believe the response should have been “yes of course, the refund will be processed and you will receive this in 3-5 working days”. Every time I asked them to confirm there and then they just kept saying someone will acknowledge you in so many working days. I asked to speak to a manager to of course be told they are not available. So I have been left worrying and wondering when and if I will get my money back. Terrible customer service and wouldn’t recommend to anybody

"Bad customer service"
Order a bed from them 2 weeks ago, it supposed to come with 5/7 working days as it says on the website but later they email me it’s gonna take 6/8 weeks. Instead they offered me expensive one, if I had to order the expensive one I didn’t need to order the one I like. On the website they also saying £20 subscription off. I emailed them many times to refund £20 as promised on the website but no luck. I also call their customer service to track my order, they said they will track my order ASAP and contact me but it’s more than a week now I haven’t heard anything from them. Also before I place the order I gave them a call just to confirm the delivery date and they said it’s gonna take not more than 5/7 days. Too bad customer service.

"I would avoid this company"
I would avoid this company, we have ordered reclining sofas and the reclining bit broke on one of them after few weeks . Despite sending loads of emails and phone calls my sofa is still broken absolute waste of money . I wish they would just take them and give me my money back so I could get them somewhere else. Now I’m stuck with a broken sofa .

This company is challenging this review, saying I have reviewed the wrong company. I have provided Trustpilot with a copy of my telephone bill clearly showing the telephone number displayed on their website and a 5.25 minute phone call! Irrefutable proof I would say!
Check very carefully before ordering online from this company!
I found some dining chairs on their website which offered "Free UK Delivery" and a further 10% off if their discount code was applied.
On reaching the checkout I discovered that their calculations for 10% off an order of £438 amounted to £36.50. When I went to school it would have been £43.80.
However, the real shocker was that they were trying to charge me £50 delivery to North Shropshire (not exactly in the middle of nowhere)!
I phoned them up to query these matters. Regarding the discounted discount I was told to submit the order online and they would sort the difference out with me later. Really? You are a faceless online company, why would I trust you to do that?!
After querying the delivery charge I was read their delivery policy which excluded Scotland and some parts of Wales. "That's okay I said, I live in England." However, I was told that because I live approximately 5 miles from Wales I too would have to pay a £50 delivery charge.
Needless to say I have not placed the order with them. They lost my trust at the first hurdle.
Check any online orders carefully as I doubt they achieved high scores in their maths or geography exams at school!

The wardrobe I purchased did not look like the one on the picture at all! The quality is really poor and there are black paint/scratch on quite few parts which did not come off.
I'm regretting not paying just a couple handreds extra to buy it from Made.com.
