My order was delivered to the right place in record time which I appreciated. However, the flowers sent were not those I had chosen. They were still attractive and the recipient was pleased so I didn't take up the matter with Bunches and therefore don't know the reason why. I should add that I started using Bunches after receiving a beautiful bouquet through them, so I know their standard is good.

As well the box was delivered when nobody was home, driver placed in a box outside, very well hidden! … but left no note?
