Ordered flowers for my Mum as the 3rd anniversary of my Father's death. Flowers arrived safely and are still healthy after 11 days . My Mum was very impressed.

This time my recipient knew another person with the same name as me. DPA prevented Bunches telling her my name, but they sent me a friendly email explaining the situation so I could get in touch with her and identify myself as the sender.

Absolutely terrible arrived for a very special occasion the amount of stems was not what was quoted in the selling description. Totally ruined a very special occasion stay away go to supermarket as these are very poor

Bought flowers for a friend for Christmas ,they arrived on 23rd Dec and died on 25th Dec.
I didn't know this until mid January as she was embarrassed to say.
When I contacted bunches customer service, they did not care and weren't bothered that I would give them a bad review.
I was astounded at their attitude.
