They are ripping people off. They will make a web site for only you to see. They never advertise it and o the public. After I canceled my account, they still withdrew $300 from my bank account that my bank is still trying to get back with no response at all.. bogus company dont get scammed like i did. It did not produce one job for me and cost me over $1000 dollars before I realized that they are scammers..

I cancelled the service and they continued to bill my card, I spent 45 minutes on the phone to go through the proper steps in order to cancel the service. A mistake was made and My account is still being billed.
BEWARE ANY NEW CLIENTS. I will remove this claim when my dispute is approved by the bank.

Been with 411 for more than 5 years issues will be always be there but they produce results.website issue and the like comes along with everyday experience.they always find a way to fix what is needed to be fix.it might take few days for it to be resolved,but nonetheless worth every waiting time.thank you

Unfortunately I have seen the previous reviews about the complaints to this company and I was one of the lucky ones to leave in all many promises and no results, the only thing they did was the website, but even I would have done that because we also do that service, but thanks to my experience I can tell you that sometimes it is better to make the effort yourself and learn a little and not get fooled, I feel sad because in order for my business to grow I paid for a real application for jobs and that is where I have managed to get jobs and I go house to house myself leaving my information, it takes dedication in time and effort but it is more effective. With half of what is paid to these companies you do it yourself and get better results

These people just don't listen. Scammers all around. Don't hire them. Unprofessional service all around.
Can't seem to communicate maybe it's the language barrier or something. Hire someone really local to your area, not these guys. Not even Americans.
