They stole money out my account multiple times. They ask the first time for 99.00 to build a site. Then later ask me for 350.00 I told them no because they said 99.00.and anyone knows that it is bad business to say one number then try to rob you with another. They spam call me with different prices I said no I'll take the 99.00 lost. Then I block them. Guess what they start TAKING random money out my account for 3 months sometimes 350.00 or 75.00 or 500.00. With no permission. Be careful giving these scammers your card details. And good reviews must be them because they 100% stole from me with no agreement. They responded to this post with all lies made up about a referral I don't Noone I my kind of business to refer this company is crooked look how many people they scam. Then makeup stuff they ask for 99. I block them so how can we agree to anything else when I notice I was scam for 99. Be very carefully they are 100 percent scammer they said they gave me 7 leads never even got one a big lie you been warn.

I was cold called and signed up for a trial website promotion package that would put my website (guaranteed) on page 1.

First of all, I had little to no communication from any rep regarding services that were supposedly completed. There was nothing provided to me for proof of work for me to accept/decline/change. I was however called numerous more times from them trying to sign me up (again), and any time I asked for a manager or account rep, they hung up on me. I tried to cancel several times due to lack of work but yet I was still charged 3 months totaling $600. NO WORK was completed by this company beyond a 5th grade level slide show of about 6 pictures that did no represent my brand.

Let's hypothetically say that they actually did do some work and created or placed ads/website/video somewhere. One, How am I supposed to know if they are correctly representing/promoting my brand if I have no proof of work, or where they are promoting it? Communication is key here.

This company is HORRIBLE at communication and service. I can't tell you how many times I have been hung up on by this company, I'd say it's pushing 30 times, no joke.

I will probably be getting a lawyer/court involved to resolve this. I am still (as I'm typing this, I'm ON HOLD, after I was hung up on AGAIN) dealing with this and requesting a refund for services not rendered.

BE AWARE of this company and STAY AWAY!!! There are plenty of reputable companies that will actually complete work for you. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

"NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING"

I unfortunately used this company for many years with my web design and they were to have us rank on Google searches. 1) the web designing was a pain in the butt, whenever we requested a change they would post the change live to my web page (2 days later) and if it wasn't what we wanted it would take another 2-3 days to get it fixed. Because of this I wanted access to my web page so that I can make simple changes that I wanted and after HOURS on the phone with them they informed me that THEY OWNED MY WEBPAGE, thank God they did not own our domain name so I was able to switch to a different company to handle everything. With that change I 2) come to find out when they ran tests to see how we ranked on google we were not even showing up at all under multiple different searches for our business. I wasted thousands of dollars with them and I hope I am able to save someone from the same fate.
