!!!!!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!!The worst. Almost 6 months and no calls from
customers, only calls I would get are ppl trying to sell me stuff🤣. I was trying to promote my small business to get clients not to buy other services.every time I tried to cancel they offer me a discount and I fell for it because they said I was so close🤣🤣.marketing manager dont do as they say. Also there always hidden fees . Anybody trying to give it try make sure you have a written contract or something in writing because they wont admit to anything also wait times on phones are like 1hour to 2 hours

Edit Nov 20 I been waiting for call backs because they need to listen to recordings , not a call but yet have time to send me a bill, . As of today they took away my website that said would be mine. I have ask for recording but fail to give them to me. At this point I feel small claims is the best option please stay away, if your somebody starting because they would take your money , owner replied to my review and just sounds like he wanta to give another discount 🤣

Edit dec 5, called and told me under new management , told me I was getting another discount, also said website was up and running and for a fee they would give me the number of potential customers 🤣🤣🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️I ask for every thing they said in a email. Guess what... never got the email. Also website is not running at all so they lied to me definitely filling a 10,000 small claim for abuse false information I cant sleep at night with them harrassing me for money

joke.🤣🤣🤣 I would probably have 10 page essay of everything they did but I dont have time for that. I did report them to b.b.b depending on there response we will go from there.

"Worst ad campaign ever"

Worst ad campaign ever. Every time I called to cancel, they tried to sucker me in with lower rates and over the course of 10 months I received less than 10 calls that amounted to 0 jobs. Biggest waste of money I've ever experienced.

I’ve been with them for a 2 foolish years. This company can help someone start up but after the 1st two months everyone should ditch them and lock them out of your Google account. They charge you every month for what they did in the 1st month of service. They are not very good with Google ads. I invested 650 with a Google ads campaign and did not receive one single job or call from the campaign. I payed 500 for the ads and 150 for them to build the landing page etc and set things up. Once they knew I was cancelling my outdated and no traffic website with them they sabotaged my ads campaign and removed the cover page on the landing page. To top it off they half assed it and instead of making a landing page for my ads campaign as we had discussed. They went and replaced my landing home page to my website home page to try to force me to reactivate the website with them. They wasted about 2.5 weeks of ads. So when people went to click my ad it said this page was disabled please contact 411 locals to activate. That is what I spent 650 bucks to advertise to clients. After so much back and forth they finally fixed it with one week left on my campaign. This is literally a child’s play company. They are very very very outdated and do not deliver. They can help you the 1st month if your a new company then you will pay for what ever they did on your Google page the 1st month for the rest of the year. They will literally not do anything more. Once I figured this service was outdated and not actually a good company I was out. I was foolish for too long so don’t make this mistake and let them convince you too stay. They will offer a free month so don’t do it, the website is very low quality and doesn’t pull you leads. I’m actually thinking of getting a lawyer about this because I screen shot and recorded a lot of stuff and took videos of how they were advertising my Google ads campaign. I’m literally thinking of that route with how dirty they did my Google ads campaign. Don’t do the run around with joy Larsen and many others. I’m from Chicagoland if you want answers from a real client please reach out. I literally did this big ol story because I’m still salty of how they did my company. It was a really slow time and I trusted them with additional money I needed to push my company with. I spent literally 20 hrs or more because of all the back and forth for 2.5 weeks which they never listened. They will also flag your phone number so when you call it will not put you through and cut you off so I kept having to call from other phone lines pestering others for me to borrow a phone. They once they knew it was me they put me on hold and I got cut from the line (hang up). It takes days to weeks to get answers from the person in charge of the ads. Which made me wonder if they were actually the company running the ads. They were never available. I never leave bad reviews but I spent a lot of money with this company for them to do me dirty in the very end. This whole thing had me emotionally drained and I felt stupid because I had another company I was going to do my ads with and I let them know about it and I let them convinced me they were pros and Google experts. I mean I was already doing a website and the Google page help (once 1st month they never did another thing). I was burned badly don’t be this fool. You have been warned this is a real review and a big red flag⛳️

They will have they fake data sheets but can not show you the actual data. you cant log in real time to see what’s going on. They have a portal but it’s not live. I started doing my own research etc about advertising and that’s how I found out I was wasting my money. You can do your own research and do what they do on your own Google business page which is not much. Literally not much but when your new to a platform you don’t know. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

this company is a very sophisticated scam my Daughter built and designed our company website they talked myself and my wife into paying the to allow them to take over access of our website to maxinze our online presence which at first started out little by little to be working but honestly I dont know if it was anything they done had anything to do with it .
They vertually took the complete website our Daughter built talked us into giving them the password and access under the false pretense that they would use the website she built as a base to work off of but they never upgraded anything and just displayed what was already created by our Daughter after them stringing us along for about 3 years on and off and we finally came to the realization they were just scamming us they kept makiing us pay by threatening to shut our sight down after we refused to pay anymore money sure enough they shut down our sight under the false pretense that was not their sight and if we did not continue to pay they would shut it down which they did The Sewer Experts illinois inc beware of these people they are very sophisticated scammers especially to people who do not understand the internet signed being held hostage for something our family built/Legal action is in the works please do not make the same mistakes we did Respectfully James Ballard.815-557-1278 we had to start over with Sewer Express INC.

Tried to have access to my Google business app…removed them as well…keep quoting different amounts of money…can’t believe that I almost fell for it till I just read the reviews…after I could not reach them…

It genuinely is a sh!tty company. I had their services for a few months I’m not sure if they worked all I can tell you is that my experience with them was very horrible and bad. Just to get them to change the littlest thing never happened. All in all I had canceled my subscription with them before my pay period and they had still charged me for the next month without continuing the services. I’ve been trying to contact them for a month now. The only time they reach out is because they tried to sell me their services again without knowing I’m a previous client (morons and incompetent)..

These guys could care less about your business. They will promise you the world and ruin your web presence if you decide to leave. I tried to cancel and they would not give me back access to my Google Profile or Domain. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and sketchy.

Eventually we agreed to pay them 200 for this info and they never sent it. Now when I call in they hang up on me everytime.

I have wasted countless hours with these scammers and my business is now suffering.
