I was contacted by a representative today offering me services. I was interested in signing up because they promised me to get me customers and all the leads I can get. I was excited because I just started a new business. This representative asked me how long have I had this business and I told him about a week and clearly said what the F, are you F’n serious? I researched 411locals while this person was pitching his service to me and found nothing but negative reviews. They almost had me but glad I didn’t sign up

Horrible never even used them they called me off my craigslist ad and tried to push me into a 49.99 start up and then 99.00 the lady was pushy pushy i told her i just sat down to eat 3 times and she still persisted to try and get me started so i hung up on her what a turn off. Ill never use them especially after seeing the ratings hear horrible i dont even no how they are staying in business with 2 star reviews.

"Terrible company"

Terrible company! They make fake reviews and give you such a hard time to cancel! Then they try to get you by saying it’s $49.99 fee for the first month, well it’s NOT because they are now trying to charge $100 for the month they charged $49.99. Which was NOT said or agreed with when I signed up! STAY AWAY!

NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They do not do what they say they will do. They charge you for services they don't do and when you try and leave they hold your website information and domain name information hostage! BUYER BEWARE!

"Most awful company ever"

Most awful company ever. Made it sound like they were the best of the best for marketing companies. I came to them from using home advisor and home advisor over charges all their clients so I left. Then paid 411 locals and they wanted to charge me like $350 that month with ZERO leads. I had ZERO jobs. So I’m not paying it. I’m out. Don’t waste your money with these fraudulent people. They will call you 10 times back to back and then talk on the phone with you for over an hour on some BS. I want my money back!!

I have been a 411 Locals for just over 4 months. I had tried creating my own website to drive leads but had no success for over a year. When 411 Locals called me, I was very skeptical, but I thought what the heck, I will give it a try. While funds are always tight, I thought I would give them a try. 30 days in, nothing. 60 days in, only a handful of leads. I kept thinking I need to reach to cancel, but I am glad I didn’t. Over the last 60 days, I have averaged 10 new customers per week. I have just hired someone to help me and I could not have done it without 411 Locals. Thank you!

The worst of the worst. This company ruined my company and now I'm stuck . I have re do my google account over again. They will set up fake reviews. Please listen do not NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT Do business with these people. All customer service are based in the Philippines and they dont no $*&T about America business
Please I warn you don't do. I didn't want to see you go through what I'm going through.

Definitely recommend to be aware about good amount of 1 star ratings. I wish I'll be more wise to read more reviews before dealing with this company. They trying to lure you with good priced first month. Not a problem for them because they actually DOING NOTHING. First month nothing happened at all. Second month they made really simple web site with no promised features (just used standard site that they duplicate, no photos, no reviews. Another thing that they did - signed up for Google Business that actually anybody can do itself for free. No any other actions being taken for 3 full months. Zero leads from that website. Then we decided to cancel as no leads showed up and all business activity was freezed on pandemic regulations they still being charging for another couple of months unless told that due balance was $50 should be paid to stop their service. Then we requested invoice - nothing being sent and charges increased with multiple late fees and collection charges. More than that they harassed former employee for several months. Unless that person was off as business was closed by state authorities on pandemic.
