Very bad experience. I ordered a necklace on 27th Nov with expected delivery on 2nd Dec. Item still hasn’t been delivered to me as Blue Nile shared wrong invoice to UPS and GST amount is miscalculated. Despite several follow up through international calls, emails, chats, still no clear action from Blue Nile with no assigned personnel. No item with me with hefty amount of payment made a month ago - I feel it is almost a fraud. Really frustrating experience and I don’t think I will use the company again, which I suggest to other customers also.
