It can be intimidating to purchase a high value item sight-unseen except via web images. I went to the showroom to view the available settings, which was an easy enough experience and the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. I continued the transaction via email (the details of which the staff member remembered meticulously) and was able to select and purchase the diamond I wanted for the setting.
The purchase process was easy and safe. I had the finished ring shipped to the store for pickup and could not be happier. The diamond dazzled my fiancé and myself.
Overall, I feel I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted, at a price that doesn't make me wonder if I've been swindled via an experience that I completely appreciate.

Another great experience with Blue Nile especially with the help of Lianna Glass. After making a ring choice, my fiance decided that wasn't exactley what she envisioned. Lianna again helped us redo the process and came up with something that was just as fantastic and better to her liking. Whatever goodwill your company gained by quality of product or ease of shopping has been negated by the flood of emails afterwards. I asked three times to be removed from all email correspondance, and yet here you are again. If not for my extreme diligence in monitoring this address, the surprise would be blown. Never again.
