The diamond earrings and matching pendant are as beautiful as what I viewed on the website and each came with their appraisal certificate. This set was purchased as a 50th wedding anniversary gift and was chosen after looking at diamonds at many other jewelers. I am thoroughly pleased with my choice. I was happy that the package required my signature and was not delivered until I was physically at home.

The Christmas present/product is great. One star off as product advertised on site claimed "ships dec 5th". ship date was moved to dec 10, then again to dec 16th. with no idea where product would ship from/to me, created anxiety if it would arrive for Christmas....

The buying and shipping process was nice and easy. The jewelry itself wasn’t as nice in person as I had hoped.

The initial experience of ordering online was easy. However, I decided to return the earrings and exchange them for yellow gold. To do this, I went into the store and had to purchase a new pair. The nice person who helped me said the credit would take about 5-7 days. That was 12/8, and today is 12/26. I still have not received a credit. This was my first experience with Blue Nile. With all of the competition, I might look elsewhere the next time.

Ring is nice, you know this is an engagement ring. You should put the ring in a nicer box and more presentable, but I was given a box where the quality and look is like from a dollar store. How Disappointing.
