Return policy is slightly deceiving. 30 days from THEIR SHIPPING is the fine print. When I tried to return an order delivered within 30 days of receiving item, I was told no as they had SHIPPED it exactly 30 days from when I contacted for return. Not to mention it shipped earlier than estimated, and I wasn't even in town for delivery. So now stuck with a ring that hasn't been worn, won't be worn, and I don't really want.

My order was scheduled to ship October 28, 2024, it shipped October 24, 2024. I contacted BN for a refund on November 25, 2024 and was told nope, 30 days had passed.
