"Picked our wedding bands! "

I ordered a couple of wedding bands to the store, tried them on, and returned the band I did not want and kept the one I liked. I had a great experience with the Blue Nile rep and they made the return process easy. My fiancé also tried on wedding bands, get sized, and ordered his band to ship to our home. I like the selection of products they have and they are well priced!

This was a first time purchase. I didn't realize that I needed a signature for receipt of the earrings I bought. I work full-time and was not home for any delivery. I could not change the parameters at all. So, they got shipped back to you. I had to file a release to send to a Blue Nile Store instead of my home and there was an additional fee. When I saw the earrings, ( 1CT tdw pear shaped) I could easily see that they were not a perfect match. One was thinner through the body and the other one was wider. Side by side not a great match. On the ears, I don't think anyone can see the differences.

I didn't really like the item. There was nothing wrong with it, but it didn't do anything for me. It was easy to return. Downloading the paperwork and return via UPS was an easy process. Refund was quick.

I ordered a bracelet and received confirmation but the order was canceled due to lack of inventory. It was last minute before Christmas so I selected a recommended replacement at the same cost. Nothing near as nice as the original. This felt very much like a bait and switch. I’ve been a customer for several years but won’t don’t see this as a trusted site any longer.
