"I loved the ring, not happy with the service "
I loved the ring I ordered and the price. However, sizing was a bit off and too tight for my liking. Took it into the Blue Nile store, the sales rep says some vendors' sizes are slightly over and some slightly under. Mine was slightly under the size I ordered. Then I was told they had to send it in: the company might resize it, they might not, they might send me a new one, they might charge me, they might not......really a lot of maybes for a ring that wasn't sized properly to begin with. My major concern is if they don't resize it, when will I get it back and I'll have to take it elsewhere - I have 70 days till my wedding. Not super happy with my experience.

The representative at the Boca Raton mall store was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped my fiance and I pick out the perfect wedding bands. Once they were made for us, they were shipped on time to our house, with good communications throughout the process. Would defnitely recommend Blue Nile!

"I will never use this company again!!"
I will never use this company again, kept moving the shipping date back and back. Four phone calls later I finally found out the reason was an issue with inventory, no email, no phone calls, I had to call them! Four times! Ordered a month in advance and missed the hard deadline of my wife’s birthday… finally shipped a week late. Haven’t received package yet but I’ll be sending back out of sheer frustration. Order from another company that doesn’t drop the ball and keep kicking it. Customer service reps were great to deal with but since I imagine they deal with this on a daily basis they are very seasoned with angry customers. This isn’t the first time I’ve used bluenile, but definitely the last!

Necklace arrived tangled and knotted so bad that I had to send it back. And there is no way that this could have happened by the shipping company. It was put in the display box and then shipped that way.

I got a necklace for my 50th anniversary. It is a perfect man maid diamond. Because it was not as expensive as a real diamond I asked my husband if I could get the matching earrings. They are also perfect. Both items arrived in two days and are stunning. I get a lot of compliments.
