"Cheap backs on expensive diamond earrings"

An order for locking earring backs for my diamond earrings, that should have been on them when they came, was cancelled for no apparent reason. After a conversation with a customer service person. An order was put in for them to be sent before Christmas as this was a Christmas gift. I have patiently waited until January 9th and found out it was cancelled with no explanation. I explained to the cs person that it was not necessary to send the earrings back just for the backs and she agreed. So where are my earring backs? These are much too expensive to have cheap backs on them and risk losing one.

"Mediocre experience"

- When ordering the product, it was stated that they would arrive before Christmas; on Dec 24, the delivery date changed to Jan 8th. This was obviously not ideal and I find it bizarre that the true delivery date wasn't known when ordering. I might guess that they did not want to disclose the actual date because it might have deterred people from ordering
- I do not believe it was stated that the product was "custom made" and that it would take time to create. This supposedly added time to the order, but again, this should have been stated and been made clear
- Customer service was quite attentive and responsive, which was nice

"I ordered on Dec 10 with a ship date…"

I ordered on Dec 10 with a ship date before Christmas and it keep pushing. When I called they couldn’t tell me when it was coming so I had to buy something else locally. It did deliver on Christmas Eve but I was not informed. Then I returned the ring and now I still don’t have a refund with a three to four week window for return is unacceptable

I love the necklace that I bought I’m so obsessed 😍 the costumer service was great they were responsive I returned and resized the necklace I able to get the refund and got the necklace that I want . The packaging and delivery was great excellent service . Might order again next time .
