Received the ring and noticed that the diamond was set with a tilt to the side. It is an emerald cut that was noticeably not square to the band. I had to propose with that ring then send it back for repairs. My fiancée is happy we are engaged but disappointed that she has to go 4-6 weeks without her ring. This takes away from the honeymoon feeling and joy of being engaged. I should’ve shopped elsewhere with a team that could fix this asap. Our Blue Nile in the Chicago suburbs said it had to be sent out.

I bought Lab grown diamond earrings on gold settings. Two carat total weight. My wife loves them. Her one comment: The screws on the posts do not fit flush with the back of her ear causing the diamond to droop down from the ear lobe. Do you have a fix for that
