I love my diamond hoop earrings. They haven’t left my ears since they arrived. I had problems with James Allen earrings that I had bought for my granddaughters. Didn’t latch securely. These have a much superior closing mechanism and I do not hesitate to sleep in them. Not cheap but fair price for the quality.

The delivery date ended up being ~2 weeks late and my surprise engagement was ruined. The customer service reps were amazing but the disconnect between them and “production/jewelers/shipping” really ruined things because there wasn’t open communication to get things done on time.

I got this setting with a 1.53 carat radiant diamond and 18k gold, my girlfriend (now fiancé :) ) absolutely loves it, and so does everyone she’s shown it to. The setting is very beautiful and royal, the setting and diamond were exactly as shown. Great overall experience!

A $5,000 engagement ring arrived with a crooked prong. It was returned because repair takes too long and now my refund is supposed to take up to 4 weeks. Ridiculous in this day and age of electronic banking. This whole scenario ruined my planned marriage proposal. Never will I buy from you again. A

The shipping took slightly longer than anticipated, in part my fault. I thought I'd ordered through the "guaranteed by Christmas" items, but I might've been wrong on that. The package indeed did not arrive until after Christmas, but that was not a serious downside.
