"Tried to buy real diamond 10 ctw tennis…"

Tried to buy real diamond 10 ctw tennis bracelet at 50% off during sale but it wasn't in store and wouldn't arrive until Jan 16th after Christmas. Asked if I could buy 10 ctw lab grown one so my wife would have to open for Christmas and then exchange and pay additional 8k to blue nile for earth mined bracelet. I came back in to do so after Christmas within 30 days but you wouldn't let me exchange and receive same discounted to upgrade my purchase so I returned merchandise and didn't wind up buying anything. I will now shop elsewhere based on this experience and dumb business practice. No one from the store has reached out to me as you indicate in your response.
