The associate that assisted me was extremely caring and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions, both in-store and as I followed up via emails. Unfortunately, the setting for the engagement ring that I received was not the same as what was pictured online. I'm hoping to get this resolved soon. Additionally, the process of tracking the order online could be better refined. Rather than receiving notices via email or something similar, I would have to constantly log in to track its status. That process as well was not very clear. It basically jumped from process started to shipped out, without actively tracking the steps in-between as the site claims. Overall, there are certainly areas of improvement. I hope that these are the only issues that arise.

Purchased 2ct lab diamonds earrings for wife and the service was exceptional. All touch points/contact were professional, enriching (meaning informative) and helpful. While the world of lab grown diamonds is quite complicated (huge variations of price and quality) the personnel assisting did not pressure and were transparent in providing the satisfaction guarantee.

The product quality was great. The only comment. Work with your vendors (Fed Ex / UPS) to ensure status of delivery is clear and noted. There were moments of anxiety. It was not smooth and their web sites were not great to interact with during crush time...ie - Xmas.
