Items ordered on 12/16 arrived damaged (one earring bent and unable to open either). Returned next day and requested a replacement pair; instead items are being repaired and still don't have possession of the items I paid for several weeks ago. Latest update is 1/16/25 shipping of the repaired items. My first experience here hasn't been the best.

We went in store in Short hills mall for a ring. We had a great experience with the associate (Chrissy) helping my wife with options for the ring and in choosing the right diamond. The production, shipping and delivery was also fast as promised. We shipped to store and picked up the time a couple of days before the estimated date.
