Exellent service. It's just outstanding.
I have a PO Box, and by company policy, Blue Nile doesn't ship to these type of addreesses. Usually, other sellers will just cancel my order without any warning, and maybe lock my account. But instead of that, the Blue Nile team called me and explained me the situation, and told me i can update the address in order for them to ship my item, and that was what I did. They shipped the item without any problem!

The item was perfect.

Online site worked well and ordering was easy. I ordered ahead of when needed for our anniversary but shipment was late past our anniversary date. Blue Nile provided frequent shipping updates as arrival date kept slipping. If depending upon free shipping expect delays so order 3-4wks in advance or pay for express shipping.
