I have been buying from Blue Nile for years, after seeing it was introduced by some online blogs (I forgot which one that was). Jewelry has not been a transparent marketplace like the electronic products. It is very hard to get the true market prices for comparisons.
Blue Nile is always very clear about the prices with different options, and comparing with the local jewelry stores, or other online jewelry retailers, they usually have good values (not the cheapest, but defintely far from the most expensive).
The web site is easy to navigate and compare, the sales execution never has any problems, even for international shipment. I can foresee myself to purchase these for years to come.

"Satisfaction guaranteed!"

We purchased our wedding bands in September 2021 and received excellent customer service and the rings were delivered in less than five days. Unfortunately we encountered issues with one of the rings and had to return it just over 30 days later. Blue Nile replaced the ring at no extra cost but we encountered the same issue with the replacement. Blue Nile offered to refund or exchange the ring and we opted for an exchange. Although the entire process has taken some time (we are located in Quebec), the customer care reps have been very helpful and have made the experience as easy and pleasant as possible. Blue Nile has done everything they can to ensure we are satisfied.

"Fantastic Overall Experience"

Excellent experience. Easy financing. Fantastic phone ordering. Great return policy (not that I needed it). Rings where perfect. I really have nothing negative to say about my experience. For those reviews that did not like the included ring cases, I recommend purchasing a separate one thats more fancy for your presentation (lots of options out there to fit everyone's needs).

"Total NIGHTMARE Buy From Anyone Else"

My shopping experience with Blue Nile was a nightmare. My wife ordered my ring and it was too big so I ordered a second ring in order for us not to have to wait for the return to process to get the second ring in time for our wedding. The refund for the return of the first ring took TWO MONTHS. We spent hours on the phone with multiple customer support people and wasted time on our honeymoon to deal with this sad excuse for a customer support team. Multiple times we were told the refund was pending only to wait days without seeing anything. Please stay away from this company. They are dishonest and disreputable.

"Excellent Customer Service"

Truly excellent customer service. I had a bit of a complicated case because we needed to exchange the ring twice before our wedding. The second exchange was due to the ring being smaller than other rings which are labelled at the same size, so that is why I give 4 instead of 5 stars. But contacting customer service made the situation easy to resolve and I felt taken care of.

"Bizarre Experience"

First bizarre experience I've had with Blue Nile. Bought numerous rings this year for my fiancé, and on the last ring the shipping timeframe was way off. I kept getting emails saying it was shipped, then the next day to be told their "Artisans" need more time. Little frustrating not being able to plan accordingly with having "next day delivery" turning into whatever the heck that was.

The price of over $4,000 (Cdn.) was nothing when compared with the joy of wearing this chain in her memory. I will wear it forever!
