I purchased a two strand pearl bracelet for my girlfriend for Christmas, by May it broke and two pearls were lost. now they're telling me they'd repair it if I paid for the pearls "I lost" who knows where they went when the strand broke, lucky we didn't lose them all. how do we keep track of lost pearls, we're not even sure when it broke, now it sits in a box on my dresser totally unusable.

At first I was hesitant to make an expensive purchase from an online retailer, but after reading so many positive reviews I decided to try it. I was not disappointed.

Not only did the ring (plain men's wedding band) come on-time and as expected, it was also unquestionably more affordable then purchasing from a regular jewelry store.

However, the week after I purchased my ring, Blue Nile started a discount promotion on all men's wedding bands (including the one that I just purchased). I emailed Blue Nile and they immediately responded that they would honor the discount for my recent purchase and refunded me the discount amount. Amazing customer service.

Excellent service a few tech issues but were resolved quite quickly. Product was excellent! Might want to think of changing your delivery service. UPS didn't go over to well (until they finally transferred me to the actual warehouse) had a heck of a time, and you really don't want to spend your time trying to find where your important purchase is...
