"Extremely untrustworthy company"

Extremely untrustworthy company. Will never do business with them again. Sent me a ring for my fiancee try, we didn't like it and sent it back within 48 hours of receiving it. They call me 2 weeks later to tell me that it wasn't in the box but when asked for the video of them opening it, they wouldn't send it. Instead, they want me to pay for a ring that I never got to keep. What's even funnier, they want to charge me full price for the ring that was $800 less at the time of "loss". This company is deceitful.

I LOVE my ring! Its beautiful great quality and sparkly shiny diamonds! My husband and I were lucky enough to pick out my anniversary band in person at a Blue Nile store before deciding on ordering it on-line, which the super friendly sales associate helped me with. I have a very odd sized ring finger of like a 4.34 or something, so I was a little hesitant on waiting for shipment before deciding if it would work/fit or not. But the shipment came in 2days, and the ring fits PERFECTLY. My original wedding rings came from an other extremely well known Jeweler and after 7months and 3 attempts at them getting a ring sized right for my tiny & barely a knuckle finger, I wanted a refund, and had to go through HUGE ordeal with States Attorney to get it. So, needless to say the fact that Blue Nile got this ring measurement PERFECT on the 1st try, with literally an easy peasy in and out hassle-free buying AND super fast shipping process, means that Blue Nile will be my preferred Jewelers from now on. WOOT WOOT!

The edges are sharp and cut my husband’s finger. We are going to take it to a jeweler to buff or hammer down the edges now. I’d suggest you reconsider or modify the design .

My husband purchased an anniversary set for me. We picked out the diamond and band. The diamond is beautiful and perfect more than what I expected. After having the wedding band about 20 days I decided I wanted a band with sapphires and diamond. We found the perfect one online. It was a quick and easy exchange.

Ordered a ring and it came in the wrong size. Almost got stuck on and lost some circulation. After removing it, I returned to my nearest showroom and was greeted by a professional staff. They were more than apologetic and helpful with reordering a size. Once in the showroom, I saw a ring I liked better and they helped me order that one with a fifty dollar discount! It was an amazing experience. I would recommend it to anyone who’s buying a ring.
