I’m not a regular purchaser however on both occasions I’ve used Blue Nile the service has been superb. For my recent purchase their customer service were able to provide me with the detail of a previous order from 2010 which enabled me to make my purchase with certainty. I don’t know of any high street retailer who could provide that level of service. On both occasions the buying process was flawless and the products fantastic.

I purchased a wedding band from blue Nile and overall it was a great experience. I paid less than competitors, I got the ring quickly, and the quality was there. In addition, I thought I needed to exchange for a different size so I reached out to customer service. I had a great experience with that, but ended up not needing to exchange. Overall, I would recommend blue Nile and I will return if I ever need a replacement band for any reason.

"Good and Bad"

I ordered a silver stackable ring and was told it would take 6 weeks to size. A few months later I checked in and was told that they meant it would take 6 months as their vendor was very behind. 6 months go by and I get a phone call saying that my ring was lost and if I would like to restart the 6 month sizing process, they can order another ring for me.
I had them send me a new ring and had it sized locally within 3 days.

My previous purchases with BlueNile were pretty flawless so I might purchase from them again in the future.

I have purchased a half dozen pieces of jewelry over the last 15 years and the service has always been excellent - even to the point of selling a single earring or discounting a second pair of earrings because one of the originals was lost.
