The people I worked with could not have been more helpful. The first eternity ring I ordered arrived promptly but it was not quite what I was looking for. I sent it back without difficulty and subsequently ordered another which is perfect. In term of service I could not have asked for better.

Because the ring was curved with our names in it, I thought I wouldn’t be able to fix it, but thankfully I had it replaced with out having to pay another penny. Mon fiancé m'a acheté une bague de fiancialle en diamant chère sur ce site pas moins de 3000 €. A la réception, la bague semblait belle, mais au bout de quelques jours le platine commence à ternir et avoir des rayures malgrè que je fait très attention. Au moment de l'écriture de cet avis, ça ne fait que sept semaines que je la porte. Je ne vous conseille pas ce site. Du coup, nous avons décider d'acheter les alliances chez un vrai joallier.
Je vous consaille d'acheter vos bijous plutôt chez de vrais bijoutiers. Ils seraient plus chers mais au moins vous aurez un bijoux de qualité qui durera une vie. Juste fuyez !
Bien sûr, nous n'avous pas cherché à retouner la bague vue les avis négatifs sur les retours réalisés par d'autres clients. Où des clients ont retourné des bagues mais Blue Nile à nier complètement la réception. C'est plutôt une bande d'escrots organisés.
Juste une précision: le facteur engagé par Blue Nile a laissé la bague dans la boîtes aux lettres sans signature. Vous imaginez un article aussi chère remis sans signature. C'est d'une grande négligence de la part de Blue Nile.
J'espère que Blue Nile me contactera pour me dédommager pour leur grosse arnaque.

My fiancé bought me an expensive diamond engagement ring on this site for no less than 3000 €. Upon receipt, the ring looked beautiful, but after a few days the platinum starts to tarnish and have scratches despite I being very careful. At the time of writing this review, I've only been wearing it for seven weeks. I do not recommend this site. So, we decided to buy the wedding rings from a real jeweler.
I advise you to buy your jewels rather from real jewelers. They would be more expensive but at least you will have quality jewelry that will last a lifetime. Just run away!
Of course, we did not seek to return the ring given the negative reviews on the returns made by other customers. Where customers have returned rings but Blue Nile completely denies reception. Rather, it is a bunch of organized crooks.
Just a clarification, the postman hired by Blue Nile left the ring in the mailbox without a signature. You can imagine such an expensive item delivered without a signature. This is very negligent on Blue Nile's part.
I hope Blue Nile will contact me to compensate me for their big scam.

I’ve bought 4 pairs of earrings from Blue Nile. 3 ended up going back, but I had no problems with the returns process, other than it took a little bit longer than I expected, but they told me they get 6,000 returns/week or something crazy like that…but the earrings I did keep are gorgeous. I recommend Blue Nile!
