Nothing bad to say. It's difficult to be confident in ordering jewelry online, but I don't really have to worry much about Blue Nile. I haven't ordered any diamonds from them, but I've bought gold items and they have always come exactly as pictured. Great online store and reliable!

Gorgeous earrings, fast service and friendly staff. The earrings I purchased are beautiful. There was a query with my payment and I could not believe how quickly they responded on line. The service truly was second to none! (Where did that expression come from?)
The earrings were very well presented in a small box and the overall packaging was excellent. It really was a five star service from beginning to end.

Getting the opportunity to design and hand select my fiancé’s diamond and setting was so much fun! The team at blue Nile was there all along the way to assist with all my questions, and offered great alternatives to a setting I had originally picked but found out it didn’t hold the diamond I’d selected. They showed me 2-3 other options with a similar design and it worked out perfectly! The ring was too large (they sent the size we asked for we just misjudged sizing) and we sent it back they resized and cleaned it for free. We got it back and it looked even better than before. I would highly recommend blue Nile. The pricing was also very good for everything I got. I will use them again in the future for sure!
