Ordering process was easy, but it did not arrive within time frame. I called to chase delivery (very polite and helpful staff) and was told it had been caught in backlog, but they would change delivery to next day. Next day was a Saturday and it didn't actually arrive until Tuesday (via Royal Mail). Very happy with my purchase - great quality, but unfortunately I could not give the gift in person as it arrived too late and meant that I had to post it on at an additional cost.
