First time using this website. Bought a BRIO train set as a present. It was the cheapest price I could find on the internet and even managed to find a discount code available online. Delivery was reasonable and sent via Royal Mail tracked. Happy with service. Was e-mailed when order was dispatched and could track it all the way. Very happy experience.

My toys arrived very quickly and in great condition. It was such a relief to find an English version of the card game I wanted, when other online retailers were only selling it with instructions in other languages (without clarifying this). Good news for those of us who leave gift buying a bit late. I will definitely buy from Toy Street again soon.

I won’t lie I was nervous ordering from a company I hadn’t heard of, but as the price was much more competitive than any where else I’d looked I went for it and I shouldn’t have worried because it came within a couple days and exactly as expected.
Haven’t yet got out of the box as it’s been wrapped up for my daughters 2nd birthday tomorrow but this company have been so reliable so far I can’t fault anything.

Great range of toys, games and bears. Next Toys ‘R’ Us if you ask me (minus all the money issues and closing down obviously!!)

Really bad customer service. Item was delayed so I cancelled the order prior to dispatch notice. They dispatched it anyway. I rang on the day of receipt and was sent return label. The item was returned 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a refund. The free phone number on the website does not work and was reported to them 3 weeks ago. They do not reply to emails and even PayPal are struggling to get a response.
