"Great value & flawless service"
Great value and exceptional service. I noticed that there was a gift wrap option that other retailers didn't offer and decided to give Toy Street a whirl - and I'm so pleased that I did! My gift arrived quickly and gorgeously packaged (saving me a job!). There was also an opportunity to donate a toy to a child this Christmas which is a lovely initiative. I'd definitely order from here again. It was one of the most reliable and pleasant experiences I've had this past month - highly recommended!

"Extremely poor service"
Customer Service doesn’t exist. I ordered something that was in stock on November 27th. Tried to call but gave up after 20 minutes. Messaged them of Facebook, contacted them via Twitter, emailed twice and got NO reply from any medium. I eventually had an email on Dec 8th to say it has been despatched. This was for a birthday gift so I ordered from another source and received it before this one (which hasn’t arrived yet). Not a happy customer as I am now out of pocket for an item I no longer need.

"Non existent customer service"
I placed an order on morning of 2nd December and right away realised I needed to change something. I phoned a few times and got no answer so I emailed and still got no answer, in the end I sent a message on FB too. I heard nothing until 6th when they message me on FB to say they don't monitor their page and I should email instead. Even though I'd actually emailed Wednesday and still not had a reply. So, no answer to my email, no update on my order and no product (which I paid £6 for 48 hour delivery on!) I did think it might just be processed and shipped before they picked up my email, which I would have understood if it had shipped Wednesday, but looks like they have literally done nothing with my order or email in 3 working days. I've now looked at their FB reviews (before ordering I only looked here) and others have had similar issues and problems getting refunded. I'd avoid, especially if its time sensitive / for Christmas.

I’d never heard of this company, but they were the only one I could find with the toy I needed - a replacement monkey puppet that has been my daughters favourite for the last 2 years. The puppets arrived after only 2 days even though I only paid for the cheapest postage. Daughter is very happy that her monkey returned from a ‘special wash’ super fluffy and looking good as new! I’m delighted that monkey is no longer threadbare! I’ll be using this company again.

I have ordered the rainbow light over the weekend and was quite worried as it was my very last minute purchase. I was very happy to find out that the next day delivery on Monday was available. And indeed the item was delivered promptly on Monday morning. Am extremely satisfied with the product and service.

"Customer Service is non-existent"
They were unable to fulfil part of the order but didn’t inform me until 3 days after it was due to have been delivered. I then cancelled the order as there was no point in paying full delivery for part of an order (a birthday gift!) that was already late! However, they despatched it anyway and charged me. I have since sent them 4 emails trying to resolve the situation, but have had no response.
