As a company we use M247 for our internet and phone system. I contacted the M247 ticket system to raise a ticket to have our phone lines put on out of office for the xmas period. The Advanced engineer Dave Spreckley had us up and running in no time. great service, very responsive and provisional.

Zero customer service. I called in early November to inquire about Line of Sight Internet for one of our clients. I was promised a callback, but that did not happen. I made two further calls, reminding the same agent that I had a client waiting. Finally, today, I received an email saying they could not provide service. If I ran my business with such an apparent lack of interest, I would have no business. Pathetic!
