"Absolutely amazing books and customer service "

I made my own poetry book out of my friends poems as a surprise gift for them. Designing was much easier than I thought, and when the book arrived I was so so impressed! Not only are the books super affordable but it was one of the few places I saw that would let me make only 1 book instead of batches of 10 or 100. Also they have a chatbot which *actually* connects you to a real person if you need one, and each time I used one I got connected almost immediately. Really impressive customer service. I was so delighted with the book that I immediately went and bought another one

(Suggestion- when making really big books it’s quite time consuming to use the text boxes so would love to see drawable, empty text boxes in the future)

Their initial delivery estimates are perhaps a little optimistic, but otherwise Mixam are absolutely fantastic. They were extremely helpful in getting my books to me on time, especially after I let them know I had an upcoming deadline. All of the staff I spoke to were great, especially Chanel. The books arrived well before the deadline and they looked great. Have ordered books from them before and will do so again in the future.

Very good customer service. I made a mistake with my contents page and it was already sent to production, and they were very flexible and allowed me to change a plate for that page and basically didn't charge a profit for that change. I was so happy they have great customer service. A pride to their company.
