"DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!"

Well all I can say is just don't use Purple Bricks, I started to use them for a purchase of one property and the sale of another and the whole experience was absolutely terrible and I can't get across enough to encourage anyone thinking of using them, just don't! Save yourself the nightmare and just use a local estate agent. If you pay upfront and want to cancel in the 14 day cooling off period, then good luck with that, im trying to get my £999 back and they have blanked all my emails that I sent to 4 different emails addresses, I even emailed the chap I was dealing with, William Leggott, he is ignoring my emails about it, so if anyone is dealing with him be very careful. I tried to complete the 14 day cooling off form they have only to find that when you fill it out and try to submit it, it doesn't submit, so they have most probably set it up to do that. I've now got to mess around going down the legal path to recover my money.

After viewing countless properties with agents of other companies who had little to no personality or interpersonal skills whatsoever, viewing this property with Marie restored my faith in estate agents. She was genuinely interested in what I was looking for, my circumstances and my family situation. Marie facilitated a number of viewings of the property that I have purchased and was able to do so at the drop of a hat, sometimes even an hour before I wanted to view it. Although the process has taken a while it has been relatively stress free which is great! Roll on Thursday and key collection day! Thank you, Marie!

I was notified by my estate agent that this property had gone on the market, it was easy to access the site and request a viewing for the following day. Also making an offer on the property was easy.
I am not proficient at on line form filling and uploading documents, which I will find challenging and frustrating but I will do my best to complete tasks on portals etc.Its a bit Like being back at school and learning something new!
