Initially we couldn't really find anyone to talk us through this experience of buying and selling .We have lived here for 54 years so we were complete novices in this regard
The first time we spoke to her was when we were on holiday and we'd had a lot of phone calls re the purchase and sale so my husband had had enough Then ..... Hannah phoned him and he was so worked up over previous calls that he didn't speak very kindly to her She was so professional in her reply and said she understood his frustration
Thankfully Hannah tramontano came to our rescue and solved every problem we had with our solicitors She is so professional yet very friendly and you feel like she really cares That carried a lot of weight for us because we knew no matter what she would help us get through this stressful experience Even though everything is sorted now she even rang to say how happy she was for us Wish there were more Hannah's in the world 👍👍👍

Agent told us the market had not moved in the last 3 Years, price wise?! And also said we shouldn't market the house for a odd number, better to be an even amount ?! Never heard such a load of old baloney!!
Apparently, most of the Purple Bricks people defected to Yopa when they came along.
