Matt was fantastic, extremely informative and had clearly taken the time to fully inform himself of the area and property changes I had done, I found purple bricks very responsive to all my questions, provided follow up emails with full information disclosures and easy apps links and processes meaning hassle free processes, couldn’t have been easier for me to market my property, would absolutely recommend to anyone who’s looking to sell

"Terrible! "

Terrible customer service and incompetent staff who lie to you!! Accepted an offer on my property on the 2nd of Feb, 2 weeks later, I still don’t have a memorandum of sale. Everytime I call I get told it’s with the compliance team and due to be issued that day - Still don’t have it! Promised call backs never happen. So now I’m over an hour on hold waiting to speak to a manager. It’s at the point where it’s now jeopardising the sale of the property I’m buying which I was initially aiming to complete on before the 31st of March to avoid the stamp duty increase. I would not recommend using purple bricks to anyone, especially if you’re under any kind of time constraints. Avoid!

"Tim Wickham & Shannon Ormesher"

I loved the process of purple bricks up until the point of trying to obtain the MoS when it seemed to get very tick-boxy. Where a highstreets agent would have issued it on the day it took PB 3 weeks to validate. The photos were taken very quickly and to a great quality and the app was fantastic for arranging appointments, receiving offers. For £900 it was great value.

Tim Wickham was a massive help throughout from and went above on beyond to get our advert right and was even willing to chase team member on our behalf and talk to estate agents around our MOS. We had multiple whatsapp chats and even calls in the evening for support.

Our negotiator Shannon was also very helpful and was again willing to chase the compliance team to try and work out the hold up on the MOS

I would ask to work with these both again if I were to use PB again
