From the start communication was impossible their staff kept changing being on holiday day off out of office. I took their E WAY conveyancing package which was very difficult to contact eventually they at 3 hours (YES 3 HOURS)
before completion someone
phoned and said we are not acting
for you you will have to find
another conveyancer ,Purple bricks
on hearing this were not interested
and said they could not help,
7 hours ago purple bricks said we will be in touch shortly nothing 7 hours later!!!!
Iff anyone knows or can help me please contact me I am 81 years old and am desperate
