I really don’t know how anyone could give this pack of crooks a good review. We were told that if we didn’t get an offer of 90% within 10 months there was no fee. There was no contract but the small print on the terms and conditions said we would be charged. It is our word against his so we have to pay £1,600 for absolutely nothing or go to court. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!

Seller is keep changing his price every minute after accepting the offer and purplebricks have no control over this misconduct.
Charged 80£ (non refundable) for legal ID verification fees based on acceptance of the offer and later said we don't have any control over seller.

Your representative going by Holly lost her notes to begin with, and whe we had told her we have got a offer on our house but we are awaiting for it to be confirm, told the seller that we are definitely buying there home and to take it off the market.
Then came the pressure from her the start the process to buy, when we keep telling her are offer for our has not been confirmed. Last but not least my last phone call from her I explained what is going on yet again, and I so I I left the call she rang the buyers and told them to reject our offer .

I am a potential buyer, the biggest issue is with the lack of communication around getting documents for the Memorandum of sale. The information around how many documents are needed is unclear, and when I upload the documents, I have not been contacted to check these, dispite this being mentioned on the upload page. I have called many times, at one stage I was told that the documents were all good and the MOS would be sent in the next 24-48 hours, after they had been checked by a supervisor. I waited 48 hours and when no email appeared, I called them once again, only to be told the systems were down and they would call me back before the end of day or first thing the next morning (which...you guessed it...didnt happen!). As I have been told this before, and had no such call, I decided to leave it a while and call back, miraculously the systems were up and running again, however, I was told that there was a note on my file to say they needed further documents...again!! Nobody called to let me know, so I am still stuck waiting for the MOS. It's an absolute joke. I have now been told that Monday is when it will happen, I won't hold my breath.
