"bad time management "
this is my first time to purchase a property and using Purplebricks estate agents, they give me a very bad experience. actually I received an offer on 13/Feb, and they told me the offer is withdraw due to late update solicators detail on 18/Feb. it is so ridiculous, it just only 5 days including weekends, it's mean just 3 days only to update the detail.

Worst, Terrible and unreliable customer service. Trust me, if you are a buyer and purchasing through PB then give the purchase triple time as their staff don't have any clue what is happening, I bought a property through auction which is being dealt with PB, I have provided already my all docs to GOTO and Lifetime legal (2 different companies) as per PB requirements and now they need to do their own checks so provided the docs 3rd time. Earlier they were sleeping and did not start all checks at one go which should have been the case. I have lost almost 30 days in to 56 days deadline and still waiting for sale of memo from PB so solicitor work can start so just imagine in 30 days PB has still not provide SOM so my solicitor work can start. Avoid these jokers and spend some money on a good estate agent. I am not mentioning the staff's name as it will be personal but I really want to name them as I am so frustrated with these guys.
