This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. They made me pay for insurance which wasn’t needed so I would be the one the vendor would pick when buying my house. They then hounded me trying to get me to use their solicitors etc. They asked for more and more evidence around deposit and mortgage and then threatened to withdraw my offer if I wouldn’t provide my personal account bank statements! My bank had accepted everything but they felt they had the right to demand more than they were. The vendor told me he had loads of issues with them too. Absolutely no wonder the company went bust and had to be bought out… clearly haven’t learned anything from this! Shocking customer service or rather lack there of! I would never recommend them. In fact I would warn people off them.
