The lady, Jenny that came to value our property could not have been more professional. Didn’t feel pressured or like I was dealing with somebody in sales. Just the opposite. Got the ball rolling on the sale and was more than helpful and extremely patient with our queries. If this is standard for purple bricks I would have zero reservations about telling friends or family to use them.

Angela has gone above and beyond in her role of supporting us selling our home and business. She was always on hand and returned messages and calls the same day and always helpful. She took all the stress out of the sale and her polite and courteous manner is something we’ll never forget. She was very trustworthy and such a lovely, kind lady. She is a credit to purple bricks and they’re very lucky to have her working for them.
Rory was also fantastic. He came and did the initial valuation. Again a very kind helpful chap.
Why would anyone want to pay the ridiculous amount to estate agents who take huge amounts on completion when purple bricks offer such a good and affordable alternative.

We were surprised at the level of unprofessionalism shown by Gurvinder Gill. We were twice stood up for a viewing despite confirming with him directly. We only managed to view the dirty flat because a cleaner let us in. Would not recommend to those looking to buy, complete waste of time
