She is very knowledgeable and very professional but above all else she listened my situation and to what I needed.
She went through all the options and helped me through the process. I decided to sell through modern auction and within 3 days it was sold.
What really helped, Zoe has excellent knowledge of the area my rental is in. She turned a stressful situation into a straightforward process. Thank you.

If you’re over 50 or not tech savvy you are stuffed with these people. Customer service appalling… they simply ignore requests for help… and I’m trying to buy a house. Purple bricks I know you are cheap but you need to do better

I'm very disappointed, shocked and outraged about this unprofessional and blunt response. First of all, they spelled my name incorrectly. Second of all, I believe this approach is rude and leaves me with a very bad taste that creates a bad image for your organisation.

Is this how Purplebricks is getting represented? Is this a true image of the organisation?

I won't take this any further but I feel that senior management must intervene and an apology would be ideal in this scenario.
