Had booked day of work as well would have expected some sort of communication before the valuation bay came and went without any contact. Have decided to go with someone else now.

Be aware people - it is not free to sell with purple bricks. You pay upfront for their "services" such as photographer, to list, agent. All the things a normal agency does for free beforehand. If you do not sell your house with purple bricks they still get paid and you will be out of pocket. Please just go with your local agents and sell properly!
