"Positive house valuation and advice "

We invited Purple Bricks to value our home because we'd bought the house through Strike. Apart from the positive valuation of the property, James had clearly considered the previous condition so appreciated the improvements made since and was complimentary regarding these. He commented on the unique character of the atmosphere we've created alongside our contractors, who were mixed independent, friends and family. He was open and honest regarding the local house pricing currently and offered good advice. If we do find somewhere else to live that doesn't require the degree of time, effort and money to turn into a home which we've undertaken and created here, we'll definitely be engaging Strike PB to sell it.

However, when I looked closely at the fee's you were far too expensive based on other quotes we have had, and the £1499 is very misleading.

This is the reason we have opted to go elsewhere.
