"A positive experience with a challenging sale "

I placed my home on the market and the initial appointment was easy to make, Alan, the local expert was quick to get things turned round and get my advert live.
I liked being able to manage my own viewings and set my availability through the app which was easy. My initial sales progressor was not proactive and caused a fair bit of frustration, and unfortunately when I requested an escalation to discuss the issue and a way forward no manager completed a call back or communicated with me, which isn't good (these reasons being why this is a 4 star review, not 5). Thankfully, Isis took over as my sales progressor and I honestly couldn't thank her highly enough for her efforts in moving my transaction forward, despite delays in the chain (not related to PB). She was very easy to reach and responsive - I genuinely felt like a valued customer, and had confidence that with Isis overseeing my case we could get any complications resolved efficiently to ensure progress continued. Purple Bricks need more staff that treat customers as Isis did.
