Our property viewing experience was facilitated by Joanna Marchewicz in November 2024. Joanna was highly professional, responsive, friendly, and helpful.

During our first visit to the property Joanna gave us plenty of time and space to get the most from the viewing. She was very well prepared, extremely knowledgeable about the property and was able to confidently answer several of our questions immediately. Joanna is also very approachable and has kindly facilitated a further visit for us and also for our surveyor during the conveyancing process.

Purple Bricks operates differently from traditional estate agents so the post offer process is handled by a central ‘progression’ department. From our perspective as buyers this has been less positive so far, but we cannot fault Joanna and the viewing process.
