I paid upfront and wouldn't recommend it at all. Since the moment you paid the service is non existing. The viewings were booked and we did not have any contact with the agent, the person didn't even come around first to have a look at the property before the viewing. We missed veiwing as originally accepted an offer than then pulled off but it took over 4 days to update the advert. Ended up having to do all the negotiation process ourselves. Now, after over a week we are still waiting for the compliance team to review the documents (mortage in principle and bank statement) from the buyer, I called three times in the last 7 days and sent multiple emails, still I have not received an answer or the buyer has been contacted.
