Just finished finalizing our cruise with CruiseHub. I have to say that it was a fabulous experience. We booked an MSC cruise with an option to change. Well, my wife just loves to peruse the possibilities. We went back and forth with CruiseHub weighing our options. First Marcus, then Phil could not have been more accommodating. We finally did settle on a change and Phil was terrific walking us through the changes. I do know how stressful the booking process can be and the team at CruisHub made it stress free. If I could, I would give CruiseHub 11 out of 10. I give them my highest recommendation.

"Good deal, not great customer service"

Liked the deal I was able to get. Did not like how long and how many phones we needed to have to get there. Long waits on the phone, at some points it felt like the agent didn't know what they were doing. Parts of the phone calls were rude and lecturing because I messaged cruise hub through Facebook when encountering a problem and the agent apparently didn't like it, and when I asked for the prefixes to be fixed after sending him an email with the correct prefixes and our names before he booked anything and he didnt bother to double check them and listed both my daughters as boys. Then at the end, the agent told me to go give them a good review and to make sure I did that as soon as I got off the phone... i don't like people demanding a good review. Not sure if I would go through cruise hub again as I felt like the cruise lines customer services are much more professional and genuinely nice and helpful, unlike our agent.
