Every time I called in I was treated with respect and helpful agents..they would look for deals for me and they did find a few that went through…never had a bad experience with them…the only thing I didn’t like and had nothing to do with cruise hub was that if I called carnival they wouldn’t talk to me or answer any questions always had to go through cruise hub
