I got a reply very fast with clear and informative instructions on recovering the dead ion bottle. It worked—it worked from the first try. I'm very excited about how quickly my problem was solved without spending too much time trying to recover the ion bottle.

"While I think your products are great"
While I think your products are great, the customer service is less than desirable. My son sent me the Pro bottle for a gift. It arrived without the protective sleeve. The bottle tipped over on my counter and broke. The emails back and forth were frustrating. Two people got involved and one person had no idea what was already being handled. I asked for a glass replacement and the company sent me a Atom bottle. Which, really was more costly than replacing a glass bottle.

ION Bottle water taste great. I typically don't make reviews but they did a good job.
I actually upgraded to the ATOM now.
